Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy 1.1. Consultation Requirement: All art commissions begin with a virtual consultation. Clients must book a meeting with an artist to discuss their project scope, timeline, and pricing. 1.2. Advance Booking: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to allow the artist time to prepare. 1.3. Confirmation: Clients will receive an email confirmation upon successful booking. The artist will also be notified. 1.4. One Client per Slot: Each meeting slot is exclusive and cannot be shared or transferred. 2. Cancellation Policy 2.1. Client Cancellations: 2.1.1. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation are free of charge. 2.1.2 Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will be marked as a late cancellation and the consultation fee in these cases will not be refunded. 2.2. Artist Cancellations: 2.2.1. If an artist needs to cancel or reschedule, clients will be notified immediately and given the option to: Rebook at a later time or join the waitlist. 3. No-Show Policy 3.1. A client is considered a no-show if they miss their scheduled consultation without prior notice. 3.2. No-shows will result in the consultation fee not being refunded. 4. Waitlist Policy 4.1. If all slots are full, clients can join a waitlist for their preferred artist and time slot. 4.2. Clients on the waitlist will be notified in the order they joined as soon as a cancellation or rescheduling frees up that slot. 4.3. Waitlisted clients must confirm their availability within 4 hours of notification to secure the open slot. 5. Rescheduling 5.1. Rescheduling is permitted up to 12 hours before the appointment time. 5.2. If rescheduling occurs more than once, priority booking may be affected to maintain fairness for other clients.
